I would love to cater with Out of This World! Can someone help me get started?

Absolutely! We’re happy to help. You can begin your order anytime through our easy-to-use catering portal.

Do you offer gluten-free, vegan, or dairy-free options?

Yes! We’re happy to accommodate dietary needs—you can customize your menu when placing your order or share your preferences through an email. 

Do you provide full-service catering?

We specialize in delivery-only catering, bringing fresh and delicious food straight to your event.

What are your delivery hours and fee?

We deliver between 8:30 AM and 5 PM, with a minimum delivery fee of just $25 within the GTA. Your exact fees will be calculated based on your delivery address and we’ll do our best to accommodate special delivery times outside our regular delivery hours.

How far in advance should I place my catering order?

We kindly ask that you place the order at least 3 business days in advance to ensure every dish is fresh and thoughtfully prepared.

Can I pick up my catering order instead of delivery?

Yes! While we offer delivery, we’re also happy to arrange a convenient pick-up at one of our locations.

What’s your cancellation policy and is it refundable?

You may cancel your order up to 3 business days before your event for a full refund, or 24 hours in advance for a 50% refund. Same-day cancellations are fully charged, but we’re happy to modify your order free of charge with 24 hours’ notice.

Is there a minimum order amount?

To help us serve you best, our minimum order quantities range from 6 to 10, depending on the delicious menu items you select!

Can I customize my catering order for specific dietary or cultural preferences?

Yes! We’re happy to work with you to ensure the menu reflects your guests’ preferences and needs.

Do you provide utensils, napkins, or serving supplies?

 Absolutely, we can include compostable utensils, napkins, and plates upon request—just let us know when placing your order.

How is the food packaged for delivery?

All items are delivered in eco-friendly, event-ready packaging designed to keep your food fresh and presentation-ready.
 

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been submitted?

Yes, minor changes can typically be accommodated. Just contact us as soon as possible before the 24-hour cancellation window.
 

Do you cater for recurring events or long-term contracts?

Yes! For recurring events and long-term needs, we recommend our Meals Program—designed to make regular catering seamless and delicious. You can learn more about the Meals Program or sign up directly if you’re ready to get started!

The Meals Program is a custom menu and service for customers (individuals or organizations) who are looking for daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly catering services.

What is the price of the meals program?

As a social impact cafe, we hope to accommodate your budget constraints with a pay-what-you-can pricing structure. We can build your menu based on your needs and budget, and are happy to take into consideration non-profit and charity partnerships. 

Can anyone sign up for the meals program?

Yes! The Meals Program is for organizations of all sizes, whether you're and NGO, non-profit institution, small business or regular corporation/office or anyone who is looking for ongoing catering contracts or services.

Is the menu customizable?

Yes! We offer a selection of curated menus that can be personalized to accommodate dietary restrictions, cultural preferences, and seasonal ingredients.

Do you deliver to multiple locations?

Absolutely! Our team can coordinate delivery to one or more locations, depending on your needs, schedule, and guest count.
